Multiplication of two numbers ending in 5 with 5 difference of  10

Rule :-p5  ×(p+1) 5 = ((p+1)^2 -(p+1 )) /75

Consider For example :-
Example 1 :-
       25×35 =??
           Here  ( p+1)^2 -(p+1)
                     =3^2 -1
                      =8-1
Here
       Therefore, 25×35 =(3^2 -1 )/75
 
                                          = (8)/75
                                      
      Therefore,  25×35=875

Let’s take one more example:-
Example 2 :-
     55×65 =??
       55×75 =(6^2 -1)/75
                   =(36-1 )/75
                     =3575

  Example 3 :-
            115×125 =??
                         115×125= (12^2-1)/75
                                        =(144-1)/75
                                       =14375
Example 4:-
          155×165 =??
                       155×165 =(16^2-1)/75
                                       =(256-1)/75
                                        =25575
