SQUARING ANY TWO DIGIT NUMBER WHOSE TENS DIGIT IS 5

Squaring any two digit number whose tens digit is 5

Rule:
  1.Add the units digit to 25 .
  2.Affix the square of units digit to       result. ( If the square of units digit is a one digit number prefix it with a 0).

Consider following examples.

Example 1:-
           53^2 =??
             Step1 : (25+3) =28
             Step2: 3^2 =09
       Therefore,  53^2 =2809.
Example 2:-
             58^2 = ??
                     Step1 : (25+8) =33
             Step2: 8^2 =64
       Therefore,  58^2 =3364.
   
Some more examples :-

   51^2 =(25+1)/01 =2601.
  52^2=(25+2)/04 =2704.
  57^2 =(25+7)/49 =3249.
