Here , Is Something I found Interesting….

You May Think it is Simple … What Great in it?

● __Step1__ :-Spread your two hands out and place them on a desk or table in front of you.

● __Step 2:__– To multiply by 7 , fold down the 7th finger from the left. To multiply by 3, it would be the 3rd finger , similarly for others

*Step 3* :-Result is 63 …

READ it from the 6 fingers on the left of the folded down finger and the 3 fingers on the right of it.

Now if u need to multiply any number between 1 to 20 by 9.

Let’s look at an example to understand.

13 ×9 =?

First of we will reduce the problem as follows.

13 =10+3

__Step 1__ :- 10 ×9

Close the 10th finger and count the no of fingers on left of folded finger and no of fingers on right of folded finger we get 9/0 =90

__Step 2 :-__ Now we need to get 3 ×9 =?

Follow the step 1 similarly , we get 2 /7

__Step 3__ :- Add the two partitioned numbers we get as

=(9+2)/ (0+7)

=117

Therefore ,13×9 =117.

It is interesting!!!

Some Might Say It is not useful…It just one method to compute..Hope u liked It..!
