Good & Bad Prime Numbers

There are “Good Prime Numbers ” & “Bad Prime Numbers “

Actually , Prime numbers are of three forms
1) p =2

2) p =4m+1

3) p=4m+3

First two forms are ” Good Prime Numbers ”
& third one is ” Bad Prime Numbers “

Why Good & Bad Prime numbers ?

Why they are called so ??

Curious to know about it ??
If then , the first two forms of Prime Number can be expressed as the sum of two square numbers , whereas the third form cannot be expressed as sum of two square numbers.

Look at some examples
2 = 1^2 +1^2

5 = 1^2 +2^2

7 cannot be expressed as above, it falls in the third form.
